The subject of the notification is the device and method for automatically producing the synoptic histopathological report applicable in pathomorphology for surgical procedures. The device for automatically generating the synoptic histopathological report shall have a work bench (1) with a vertical support (2),on which it is mounted a shoulder (3) facing the mud (1) illumination (4) and an audio-video recorder (5),in addition, an audio-video receiver (6) is attached to the support (2),where the audio-video recorder (5) and the audio-video receiver (6) are interconnected and equipped with an internal memory and a computer network access device. The purpose of the notification is also the automatic creation of a synoptic histopathological report, in which it is transmitted and received at real time at a distance by means of a telecommunication link between image and sound, and the scanned tissues are scanned.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie i sposób do automatycznego tworzenia synoptycznego raportu histopatologicznego, mające zastosowanie w patomorfologii, przy zabiegach operacyjnych. Urządzenie do automatycznego tworzenia synoptycznego raportu histopatologicznego, posiada roboczy blat (1) z pionowym wspornikiem (2), na którym to zamocowane jest ramię (3) ze skierowanymi w stronę blatu (1) oświetleniem (4) oraz rejestratorem audio - wideo (5), ponadto do wspornika (2) przymocowany jest odbiornik audio - wideo (6), przy czym rejestrator audio - wideo (5) i odbiornik audio - wideo (6) są ze sobą połączone, i są wyposażone w wewnętrzną pamięć oraz w urządzenie dostępowe do sieci komputerowej.
