PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-oxygen water containing water and oxygen, biocompatible compositions containing the high-oxygen water, production methods of the high-oxygen water, and treatment and/or prevention of hyperuricemia using the high-oxygen water.SOLUTION: If it is calculated that the oxygen content of the high-oxygen water is equal to or more than 20 ppm, and the initial oxygen content of the high-oxygen water is 100%, when the oxygen content ratio of the high-oxygen water left for 30 minutes is set to (A), and the oxygen content ratio of the high-oxygen water left for 180 minutes is set to (B), the difference (A-B) of two ratios is less than 24%. Preferably the oxygen content of the high-oxygen water left for 180 minutes is 25 ppm or more.
