Some embodiments of the present disclosure are configured to target a subject's liver and are useful in treating or preventing an immune response to one or more transplant rejections, autoimmune diseases, food allergies, and therapeutic agents. It relates to a therapeutic composition. In some embodiments, the composition is configured to target the liver and deliver an antigen for which tolerance is desired. In some embodiments, the composition is configured for clearance of circulating proteins or peptides or antibodies associated with one or more of the above-mentioned diseases.
