Provided is a circulation pipeline (10) for intracavity hyperthermic perfusion, the circulation pipeline comprising a heating tank (100), a liquid intake pipeline (101), a liquid discharge pipeline (102), a circulating pump (200), a pre-filling pipeline (103), a liquid return pipeline (104), a cavity entry pipeline (105) and a cavity exit pipeline (106), wherein a liquid storage cavity (100a) is formed in the heating tank (100), and the liquid intake pipeline (101) is in communication with the liquid storage cavity (100a). A medicinal liquid enters the liquid storage cavity (100a) of the heating tank (100) through the liquid intake pipeline (101). When the amount of the medicinal liquid in the heating tank (100) reaches a set value, the liquid intake pipeline (101) is closed, the medicinal liquid in the heating tank (100) is pre-heated by means of an electromagnetic induction heating device to reach a pre-heating temperature, and the medicinal liquid is pumped out of the liquid storage cavity (100a) under the action of the circulating pump (200) and flows back to the heating tank (100) via the liquid discharge pipeline (102), the pre-filing pipeline (103) and the liquid return pipeline (104), so that air in the pipeline system can be removed in advance to prevent inflammation. The medicinal liquid is then pumped out of the liquid storage cavity (100a) again under the action of the circulating pump (200), enters the bladder after passing through the liquid discharge pipeline (102) and the cavity entry pipeline (105), then flows out of the bladder, and flows back to the heating tank (100) via the cavity exit pipeline (106) and the liquid return pipeline (104).
