The present invention relates to a nutshell removal apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the nutshell removal apparatus includes an apparatus body including one or more frames； a hopper including an inlet for inputting nuts used as a nutshell removal target and an outlet formed on the lower part for discharging the nuts input from the upper part； a rectangular tubular tray having an internal space for collecting the dropped nuts； an arc-shaped perforated plate having multiple through-holes； a rotational roller arranged between the hopper and the perforated tray while having a gap between itself and the perforated tray； and a perforated plate position varying unit varying the gap between the rotational roller and the perforated tray. Accordingly, the nutshell removal apparatus can increase the friction with nuts by using the holes formed on the rotational roller as well as the holes on the perforated tray to minimize or eliminate the damage on the nuts and the inner skin thereof while removing only the nutshell easily and efficiently, thereby increasing the productivity per unit time.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 적어도 하나 이상의 골조로 구성되는 장치 본체； 껍질 제거 대상인 견과류가 투입될 수 있는 투입구와, 하부에는 상부로 투입된 견과류가 배출될 수 있는 배출구가 형성된 호퍼； 낙하되는 견과류를 수거할 수 있는 내부공간을 가진 사각 통 형상의 트레이； 다수의 통공이 형성되어 있는 아크(arc) 형상의 타공판； 타공판과 이격 간격을 사이에 두고 호퍼와 타공판 사이에 배치되는 회전 롤러； 회전롤러와 타공판의 이격 간격을 가변 시킬 수 있는 타공판 위치 가변부를 가진 견과류 껍질 제거장치가 개시된다.이로써, 타공판의 타공 뿐만 아니라 회전롤러에 형성되어 있는 타공에 의해서 견과류와의 마찰력을 증대시킴으로써 속껍질과 알맹이의 손상 없이 혹은 그 손상을 최소화하면서 겉껍질만을 용이하고 효율적으로 제거할 수 있어 단위 시간당 생산성 향상을 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
