PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collecting instrument with which a double armed needle 2 can be rotated both in a direction in which a connection member of the double armed needle is fitted to a holder and in a direction in which the connection member is dislodged from fitting, with which the double armed needle 2 can be disposed of by safely dislodging it from a holder 20, and which does not require much space even when the double armed needle 2 is disposed of.SOLUTION: A holder 20 forms a fitting protrusion part 20KT inside a terminal side. A connection member 10 has needle base fitting parts 11. The needle base fitting parts 11 have an operation part 12 and fitting parts 13 outside. The two or more fitting parts 13 are intermittently formed in a side portion direction. The fitting parts 13 form fitting grooves 14 in one direction. The fitting parts 13 rotate in one direction, and are fitted with the fitting protrusion part 20KT of the holder 20. The fitting parts 13 rotate in one direction of the opposite side and can release fitting of the holder 20 with the fitting protrusion part 20KT.
