PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical microscope eyepiece structure having an inner barrel that does not turn when moved in an optical axis direction for diopter adjustment.SOLUTION: When outer barrels 6, 7 are rotated, a protrusion 16 of an inner barrel 4 is guided by a spiral groove 19 formed on an inner surface of the outer barrel 7 to be moved back and forth along an optical axis direction. The protrusion 16 is guided by a straight hole 17 of an intermediate barrel 5 that is not rotatable and, as such, the inner barrel is capable of moving in the optical axis direction but not rotating.
