PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make adjustment of an irradiation area possible in a wide range and also to always keep a stable condition.SOLUTION: An optical hair restoration device is equipped with a head phone type holding body 1 which is worn on the head. On the holding body 1 structured in an arc shape, a light irradiation part 2 for irradiating the scalp with light is arranged in a manner freely movable forward/backward and left/right.
