PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bivalve farming method in which landed bivalves are received in a farming container submerged under the water of a farming solid partition, and the farmed individual organisms can be fattened in a short term, while an external natural environment water is fluidly supplied and replacing a farming environment water in the farming solid partition.SOLUTION: A farming aquarium 1 with a top surface opened and including an intake 7 and a drain outlet 6 on the other side is constructed and installed in a natural water area blessed with feed materials as a farming solid partition. Also, the landed bivalves (same as the farmed individual organisms) are received in one or multiple farming containers 5 of a structure of transmitting water and preventing the farmed individual organisms from falling off. The farming containers 5 are submerged and disposed under the water in the farming aquarium 1. The natural environment water containing the feed materials is introduced from any water depth in the natural water area into a tank via the intake 7 using a power source 2, continuously supplied to the farming containers 5 by the flow rate larger than the natural water flow, and discharged from the drain outlet 6 to the outside of the tank. Thereby, the farmed individual organisms are fattened for a predetermined period while replacing the farming environment water in the farming aquarium 1.【課題】水揚げした二枚貝を蓄養立体区画の水面下に沈設した蓄養容器内に収容し、外部天然環境水を流動的に供給して、蓄養立体区画内の蓄養環境水を入替えながら、短期間で被蓄養個体を肥育可能とする。【解決手段】天面が開口し他面に取水口7と排水口6を備えた蓄養水槽1を餌料に恵まれた天然水域に蓄養立体区画として構設するとともに、水揚げされた二枚貝(被蓄養個体に同じ)を、水を透過し、かつ、該被蓄養個体が脱落しない構造の1又は複数の蓄養容器5に収容し、該蓄養容器5を蓄養水槽1内で水面下に没水させて配置し、天然水域の任意の水深から餌料を含んだ天然環境水を取水口7を介し動力源2を利用して槽内導入し、自然水流よりも大きい流量で連続的に蓄養容器5に供給し、排水口6から槽外へ排出することにより、該蓄養水槽1内の蓄養環境水を入替えながら所定期間にわたり被蓄養個体を肥育するようにしている。【選択図】 図1
