Provided is an antibody, which binds to the subtype EP4 of human PGE2 receptor and inhibits the function of EP4, or a functional fragment thereof. Also provided is a drug comprising said antibody or a functional fragment thereof. Mice were immunized with the subtype EP4 of human PGE2 receptor and a monoclonal antibody suppressing an increase in intracellular cAMP due to EP4 was screened. The CDR sequence of the monoclonal antibody thus obtained was determined.L'invention concerne un anticorps qui se lie au sous-type EP4 du récepteur de PGE2 humain et inhibe la fonction de EP4, ou un fragment fonctionnel de celui-ci. L'invention concerne également un médicament comprenant ledit anticorps ou un fragment fonctionnel de celui-ci. Les souris ont été immunisées par le sous-type EP4 du récepteur de PGE2 humain et un criblage a été réalisé pour la recherche d'un anticorps monoclonal supprimant une augmentation de l'AMPc intracellulaire provoquée par EP4. La séquence CDR de l'anticorps monoclonal ainsi obtenu a été déterminée.本発明は、ヒトＰＧＥ２受容体サブタイプＥＰ４に結合し、ＥＰ４の機能を阻害する抗体又はその機能的断片の提供を目的とする。さらに、該抗体又はその機能的断片を含む医薬の提供を目的とする。ヒトＰＧＥ２受容体サブタイプＥＰ４をマウスに免疫し、ＥＰ４による細胞内ｃＡＭＰ上昇を抑制するモノクローナル抗体をスクリーニングした。また、取得したモノクローナル抗体のＣＤＲの配列決定を行った。
