There is provided a device for catching insects, such as flies. The device can be attached in an area having particular high activity of insects, such as in the vicinity of a horse eye. The device comprises a sheet having an outer surface with an adhesive layer for catching and holding insects contacting said adhesive. It also includes a holding member for holding the sheet and attaching to the animal. Preferably the sheet is releasable from the holding member.L'invention concerne un dispositif pour attraper des insectes, tels que des mouches.
