The present invention provides antigen binding polypeptides (eg, bispecific antigen binding polypeptides) that specifically bind with high affinity to first and second target antigens. The invention also provides novel antigen binding polypeptides that specifically bind to HER2 and inhibit HER2 activity. The invention also provides nucleic acids encoding antigen binding polypeptides, recombinant expression vectors and host cells for producing such antigen binding polypeptides.
