PURPOSE: A sprout cultivator is provided to be able to maintain the environment where vegetables such as bean sprout, peanut and lettuce grow at an optimal temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water tank (CT) and a water jet tank (BT) are separately installed outside of a housing (100), and supplied with water through a water pipe (S). A first cooler (C1) is outside of the housing, and lowers the temperature of the cooling water (CW) of the cooling water tank to an appropriate temperature. A first pump (P1) pumps the cooling water, flows to the first cooler via a first return pipe (R1), and returns to the cooling water tank. A second pump (P2) pumps the cooling water, and circulates through a cooling pipe (CP) so as to maintain the inside of the housing to a set temperature. A heater (H) increases the temperature of the water jet (BW) in the water jet tank to an appropriate temperature. A second cooler (C2) lowers the temperature of the water jet to an appropriate temperature. A third pump (P3) pumps the water jet, and drops to a cultivation box (32) through a supply tube (G).
