PURPOSE: A sprout cultivator is provided to be able to maintain the environment where sprouts grow at an optimum temperature, and to grow sprouts more hygienically. CONSTITUTION: Cooling water (CW) is filled in a cylindrical base (11). A first cooler is installed at the outside of a housing (100), and lowers the temperature of the cooling water to an appropriate temperature. A first pump (P1) pumps the cooling water, flows to the first cooler via a first return pipe (R1), and returns to the cylindrical base. A water jet tank (BT) is supplied with water through a water pipe (S). A heater (H) increases the temperature of the water jet (BW) in the water jet tank to an appropriate temperature. A second cooler (C2) lowers the temperature of the water jet of the water jet tank to an appropriate temperature. A second pump (P2) pumps the water jet and drops to a cultivation box (32) through a supply tube (G). A third pump (P3) pumps the water jet, flows to the second cooler via a second return pipe (R2), and returns to the water jet tank. A water level hole controls the water level of the cooling water filled in the cylindrical base and the water jet.본 발명은 콩나물이나 땅콩 등과 같은 새싹에 직접 공급되는 분사물(BW)은 하우징(100)의 외부에 설치된 분사수통(BT)을 통해 상시 깨끗한 상태로 공급되도록 하여 보다 위생적으로 새싹을 키울 수 있도록 하는 대신 하우징(100) 내부의 온도가 지나치게 높아지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 분사수통(BT)에 채워지는 냉각물(CW)은 재배박스(32)로 낙하되는 분사물(BW)을 다시 활용토록 하여 물의 소비를 최소화할 수 있도록 하여 자원낭비를 방지코자 한 새싹 재배기에 관한 것이다.
