The present invention relates to a two-photon probe compound which can specifically image mitochondria and lysosome, and to a two-photon probe composition. A two-photon probe has high selectivity to lysosomes and mitochondria, and can simultaneously detect the two cell organs. Also, the two-photon probe has a cross section having substantial two-photon activity, and thus can obtain a bright two-photon image at low concentrations. In addition, the two-photon probe has a low molecular weight, and thus can be easily colored.
