PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing a phenomenon where calcium pieces such as fish bone are dyed by a cochineal pigment, and suppressing pigment transfer in a meat fisheries paste product partly colored by a cochineal pigment.SOLUTION: Cochineal pigment pharmaceutical preparations include calcium oxide. A method for producing a meat fisheries paste product includes the addition of the cochineal pigment pharmaceutical preparations and calcium oxide.
