Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Sensor für in-vivo Messungen, mit einem Substrat (1), das plan ist und einen mehrere Elektroden (2) tragenden Sensorschaft (1b) sowie einen Sensorkopf (1a) zum Anschließen des Sensors bildet, wobei der Sensorkopf (1a) zur Kontaktgabe metallisierte Flächen als Kontaktfelder (4) trägt, die über Leiterbahnen (3) mit den Elektroden (2) verbunden sind. Erfindungsgemäss ist vorgesehen, dass der Sensorkopf (1a) seitlich von dem Sensorschaft (1b) absteht, so dass die Kontaktfelder (4) seitlich von dem Sensorschaft (1b) angeordnet sind und die Leiterbahnen (3) auf dem Sensorkopf (1a) nebeneinander quer zur Längsrichtung des Sensorschafts (1b) verlaufen.
