PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilling device easily performing exchange operation of tillage tines, a mounting structure for the tillage tines, a tine holder and the tillage tines.SOLUTION: The tilling device 1 is equipped with a rotatably supported tillage shaft 10, tine holders 30 mounted on the tillage shaft 10 and each having a through-hole 31, tillage tines 20 each having an inserted part 21 to be inserted into the through-hole 31 on the base end side, bolts 41 and nuts 42 each for tightening the tine holder 30 onto the tillage tine 20. The tine holder 30 is mounted to the tillage shaft 10 in such a state that the through-hole 31 is directed in the peripheral direction of the tillage shaft 10 in the direction to intersect the shaft direction X at right angles and the through-hole 31 is formed in a tapered state that the width is reduced from one end side toward the other end side.
