PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee plastering machine having a front processing unit which is hardly damaged and which has the excellent capability of crushing soil and a high soil gathering effect.SOLUTION: The levee plastering machine includes: the front processing unit 61 attached to a travelling machine body at a position offset sideways relative to the travelling position of the travelling machine body for leveling down an old levee and banking soil and a levee shaping unit for plastering the banked soil over the old levee. The front processing unit 61 includes first tilling tines 67 and second tilling tines 69 in a plurality of rows at prescribed intervals in the axis direction of a tilling shaft 62 rotatably supported. These tines have a vertical blade 67b or 69b, and a horizontal blade 67c or 69c. The tines are curved in the direction opposite from the direction of rotation from the vertical blade to the horizontal blade, and the horizontal blade is curved to one side relative to the vertical blade. The first tilling tine 67 in the last row has the horizontal blade 67c facing the front side in the direction of the axis of the tilling shaft 62, and the second tilling tine 69 in the second row has the horizontal blade 69c facing the rear side in the direction of the axis. These tilling tines are disposed to face each other, and a soil holding space 72 is formed between the tilling tines for holding the soil so that the soil can be conveyed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】損傷しにくく砕土性能に優れて土寄せ効果が高い前処理部を備えた畦塗り機を提供する。【解決手段】畦塗り機は、走行機体に装着され、この走行位置に対して側方にオフセットした位置に配置され、旧畦を切り崩して土盛りを行う前処理部61と盛られた土を旧畦上に塗り付ける整畦部を備える。前処理部61は、回転自在に支持された耕耘軸62の軸心方向に所定間隔を有して複数列に設けられた第1耕耘爪67び第2耕耘爪69’を備える。これら耕耘爪は、縦刃部67b、69b及び横刃部67c、69cを有し、縦刃部から横刃部にかけて回転方向と逆向きに弯曲するとともに、横刃部が縦刃部に対して一側方へ弯曲する。最後列の第1耕耘爪67は耕耘軸62の軸心方向前側へ向く横刃部67cを有し、2列目の第2耕耘爪69’は横刃部69cが軸心方向後側に向く。これらの耕耘爪は向き合うように配置され、これらの耕耘爪間に土を保持して搬送可能な土壌保持空間72が形成される。【選択図】 図1
