<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe hemophilia B curative agent enabling itself to be supplied in large quantities, and to provide a method for producing the same. <;P>;SOLUTION: The hemophilia B curative agent contains human hepatocytes proliferated in the body of an immunodeficient nonhuman animal with hepatopathy. The method for producing the hemophilia B curative agent in large quantities comprises the step of creating a chimeric nonhuman animal by transplanting human hepatocytes into an immunodeficient nonhuman animal with hepatopathy and the step of retrieving human hepatocytes proliferated in the body of the chimeric nonhuman animal. The human hepatocytes thus retrieved has the hemostatic function for coagulation factor IX-deleted human plasma. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
