The present invention provides an automatic water refilling mechanism of a pet water drinker. An influent member, a floating ball, a linkage and a waterstop are disposed in the pet water drinker. The influent member is coupled with the pet water drinker and exposes the water entering unit. The influent member defines a water inlet and a fixed base. The floating ball and the fixed base are coupled with a connection bar. The floating ball is disposed under the water inlet and confined by a guiding part to linearly float on the water along the longitudinal direction. The waterstop is disposed on the connection bar and adjacent to the water inlet of the influent member. When the water level goes up to float the floating ball, which affects the connection bar to operatively connect the waterstop. When the floating ball floats to a predetermined level, the waterstop seals the water inlet so that the water no longer flows into the container. Otherwise, when the pet drinks and the water level decreases, the floating ball descends to affect the connection bar pivotally swinging to operatively connect the waterstop for moving away from the water inlet.
