PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic watering device capable of automatically watering plant sufficiently even in a case where kitchen garden or plant cultivation of flowering plant etc. is performed in a site having no water supply facility and no power supply facility, for example a balcony in a condominium etc.SOLUTION: The automatic watering device comprises: a water storing container a watering pipe which is arranged in a planter and supplied with water from the container. The watering pipe comprises a spiral groove having a predetermined depth and a predetermined width in longitudinal direction. The groove comprises watering holes having a predetermined size, arranged with a regular interval therebetween. Water transmitted from the container is automatically supplied to the planter via the watering holes.
