PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel catalase expression-inducing agents, and to provide compositions suitably used in cosmetic fields, supplement fields, and the like including the catalase expression-inducing agents.SOLUTION: There are provided: catalase expression-inducing agents containing at least one stilbene derivative selected from the group consisting of resveratrol, piceatannol, pterostilbene, rhapontigenin, oxyresveratrol, gnetol, and glucosides of them and cosmetic compositions and supplements containing the catalase expression-inducing agents.
