PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lasting powder essence compositions in which coloring and feeling of use are improved, and production methods thereof.SOLUTION: The powder essence composition according to the present invention is an ultra closely adhering coloring powder that does not stick to the user's hands or clothing, or lose its color when used. The composition has advantages of: being able to direct a color of natural watercolor light by turning into a liquid state at the moment of being rubbed； lasting a clear color because a refreshing feeling is kept even if being overcoated many times； and directing further more clear coloring by developing the color while powders and water particles are broken when applied to the lips and the like. The powder essence composition according to the present invention is also powder emulsion type, and has advantages of giving moist and light feeling of use without any discomfort feeling, such as sticky, slimy, heavy at the time of application, and having strong lasting power ability due to waterproof function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】発色及び使用感が改善された持続型パウダーエッセンス組成物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明に係るパウダーエッセンス組成物は、使用に際してユーザーの手や衣類に付いたり消えたりしない超密着カラーリングパウダーであって、こする瞬間に液状に変わって自然な水彩光のカラーを演出することができるというメリットがあり、何回も重ね塗りしてもサッパリ感が保たれるため澄んだカラーを維持し、唇などに塗布するときにパウダー及び水粒子が壊れながらカラーが発色されてなお一層鮮明な発色を演出することができるというメリットを有する。また、本発明に係るパウダーエッセンス組成物は、パウダーエマルジョンタイプのものであって、塗布時にベタつき、ぬるつき、重苦しさといった不快感が全くなく、しっとりとしていて軽い使用感を与え、防水機能を保有しているため持続力が強いというメリットを有する。【選択図】図１
