PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pharmaceutical composition useful to treat breathing problem such as asthma, rhinitis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).SOLUTION: The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing in a mixture: a first active ingredient that is pulverized formoterol which may be optionally in a form of a salt, a solvate, or a solvate of a salt a second active ingredient that is pulverized glucocorticosteroid and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier/diluent.
