The present invention relates to a method for producing induced pluripotency stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells (IFNγ-iMSC) pretreated with interferon-gamma； induced pluripotency stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells pretreated with interferon-gamma prepared by the method； a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin diseases comprising culture thereof or exosome (IFNγ-iMSC-exo) isolated therefrom as an active ingredient； and a cosmetic composition for preventing or improving skin diseases. When the composition of the present invention is used, it is possible to provide a composition for skin diseases and a stem cell therapeutic agent, which have an improved immunoregulatory function over conventional mesenchymal stem cells.본 발명은 인터페론-감마로 전처리된 유도만능 줄기세포 유래 중간엽 줄기세포(IFNγ-iMSC)의 생산 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 인터페론-감마로 전처리된 유도만능 줄기세포 유래 중간엽 줄기세포, 이의 배양물 또는 이로부터 분리된 엑소좀(IFNγ-iMSC-exo)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물 및 피부질환의 예방 또는 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물을 이용하는 경우, 기존 중간엽 줄기세포보다 개선된 면역조절기능을 갖는 피부질환용 조성물 및 줄기세포치료제를 제공할 수 있다.
