The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin diseases, a cosmetic composition for preventing or alleviating skin diseases, and a stem cell therapeutic agent comprising induced pluripotent stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells (iMSC), culture thereof, or exosomes isolated from iMSC or iMSC culture as an active component. When using a composition of the present invention, it is possible to provide the composition and the stem cell therapeutic agent for alleviating, preventing or treating skin diseases, having an improved immunomodulatory function than existing mesenchymal stem cells.본 발명은 유도만능 줄기세포 유래 중간엽 줄기세포(iMSC), 이의 배양물, 또는 iMSC 또는 iMSC 배양물로부터 분리된 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물, 피부질환의 예방 또는 개선용 화장료 조성물 및 줄기세포 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물 등을 이용하는 경우, 기존 중간엽 줄기세포보다 개선된 면역조절 기능을 갖는 피부질환 개선, 예방 또는 치료용 조성물 및 줄기세포 치료제를 제공할 수 있다.
