The present invention provides a heat exchanger for a medical laser device. The present invention includes: a heat exchanger frame formed into a square shape by making tips of a plurality of outer frames combined orthogonally; a plurality of electric heat cores having both front and rear ends penetrating the outer frames of the heat exchanger frame to be arranged in the heat exchanger frame at designated intervals, and receiving heat from fluids flowing along the inside; a plurality of radiating fins arranged in parallel at designated intervals to be orthogonal to the electric heat cores to receive and radiate the head from the electric heat cores; a plurality of return bends combined with tips of the electric heat cores to sequentially connect the tips with each other to return the flow of the fluids, moving the electric heat cores arranged on a front position, so that the fluids flow along the electric heat cores arranged on a rear position; and a combined pair of bend fixing members while surrounding the outer surface of all of the return bends around the return bends, combined with the tips of the cores, separately in two directions to fix the return bends to the electric heat cores respectively.
