This invention provides a sandwich microsphere immunoassay with a bead-based suspension array system for specific estimation/ Quantification of rabies glycoprotein antigen from a)in-process and b) final rabies vaccine bulk samples. The instant method can be used for in-process control in the production of rabies vaccines. The instant method is highly reproducible, sensitive, specific and rapid as compared to conventional ELISA & SRID methods.
