PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage which has a reduced content of purine body and improved foaming and foam-holding properties.SOLUTION: The content of purine body in a beer taste beverage is below 0.05 mg/100 ml, a foaming amount is 300 ml or more, and a foam holding amount is 200 ml or more.
