Abstract The present embodiment is Fenestrated cannulated cancellous screw. Screws designed in our model have capsule shaped fenestrations in the threaded portion of screw & they are only through one side of implant wall. The diameter of capsule shaped fenestration is 2mm & 3mm. There will be two 2mm & one 3 mm capsule shaped hole in screw. They are placed at 90 degrees to long axis of screws & situated at different level from each other in order to dispense bio material & bone cement at different levels in bone. Screws are also having slots of 1mm diameter in up side down direction across threaded portions near capsulated holes to facilitate even dispense of bio material & bone cement. Quantity of biomaterial and bone cement injected is from 1 -5ml. This implant can be used for treatment of adult & pediatric traumatic and non traumatic conditions like perthes disease , SCFE. There is no separate instruments set required for insertion.
