Disclosed is a reverse compression bone screw including: a first screw including a second threaded portion screw-coupled to an inner diameter portion of a screw； and a hollow second screw including a first threaded portion screw-coupled to an outer diameter portion of the second threaded portion of the first screw, and a second threaded portion to be implanted into a proximal bone fragment. When the second screw is screw-coupled to the first screw and rotated forward, the first screw is moved in a direction opposite an implantation direction along the threads formed in the second screw so that a distal bone fragment, in which the first screw is implanted, is compressed toward the proximal bone fragment.
