PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioelectrode capable of acquiring a bioelectric signal with a high degree of precision even in a situation in which an artifact can be easily taken into a bioelectric signal such as situations in which a body motion is large, and sweats are produced.SOLUTION: A bioelectrode 10 consists of a laminate in which at least an uneven layer 5 having an uneven shape and an electrode layer 1 are laminated. The height h of a convex part of the uneven layer 5 is 0.1 mm or more, and the thickness t of the electrode layer 1 is 8 mm or less.
