The dual-driving one-way rotational device according to the present invention comprises: a main body part； a clutch bearing part which is provided inside the main body part and which guides one-way rotation of the main body part； and a knob part which is mounted on the clutch bearing part, and which rotates only in one direction while connected to an object to be rotated or enables the main body part to rotate the object to be rotated and the clutch bearing part only in one direction.
