PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen ingredients for rice ball satisfying all of easiness of melting in rice, hardly penetration of a liquid in ingredients to rice, easiness of taking out from a container such as a tray, unity of ingredients in good balance, and further good in texture when the cooked rice ball is taken.SOLUTION: There is provided frozen ingredients for rice ball containing one or more kind of a thickener and one or more kind of gelatinizer.
