The disadvantages of pneumatic seed feed to the coulters include the uneven distribution of the coulters when working in fields with a slope. When the angle of inclination changes over 6-10 degrees, the deviation from the seeding rate in the seed tubes extreme from the center can reach 25% of the average feed. The task solved by the utility model is to increase the uniformity of the distribution of seeds along the seed tubes when the seeding machines are operating on sloped fields. This is achieved by the fact that, according to the utility model, the air distributor inside the housing has guides concave by 2-4 degrees towards the outlet nozzles with a ball placed between them, which can move freely between the guides. When the unit is operating on fields with a slope of more than 4 degrees, the ball, overcoming air resistance due to the action of gravity, will roll along the guides to the right or to the left, depending on the direction of inclination of the distributor. Accordingly, the air flow in this part of the distributor decreases, the seed flow is leveled, decreases in the lower ones and increases in the upper seed tubes. From the complete blocking of the flow of seeds to the lower branch pipes, an adjusting device is installed in the body, which does not allow the ball to press against the wall of the body and shut off the seed supply. The achieved technical result consists in increasing the uniformity of the distribution of seeds over the openers by partially overlapping the section of the outlet pipes, with its slopes in the transverse direction, due to the use of the possibility of free movement of the ball inside the distributor housing.Полезная модель относится к сельскохозяйственному машиностроению, в частности к посевным машинам с пневматическими распределителями семян по сошникам.
