PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a mechanism to freely lift or lower a planting claw of a vegetable transplanter. SOLUTION: A 1st rotary case 240 is rotatably supported on a side of a transmission case 45 to transmit power synchronized with a seedling pulling action. A 2nd rotary case 241 is rotatably supported on the other end of the 1st rotary case 240 and a transplantation arm 230 is rotatably supported on the inner side face of an end of the 2nd rotary case to enable the vertical motion of a planting claw 31 attached to the transplantation arm.
