PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray affording favorable handleability in any cases ranging from plant cultivation using raising seedling containers via plant transportation after shipment to plant exhibition at flower shops. SOLUTION: This tray for plant cultivation has a laminated structure involving 1st and 2nd plates 2, 3 each with at least a portion holding raising seedling containers 10 designed to be flat; wherein the 1st plate 2 is penetratedly provided with holes 2a each with an inner diameter nearly equal to the outer diameter in the vicinity of a flange 10b on the upper end of the body 10a of a raising seedling container 10, while the 2nd plate 3 with holes 3a each with an inner diameter smaller than that of the hole 2a and engageable with a raising seedling container 10 in such a condition that the flange 10b stands afloat off the surface of the plate 3, and the distribution density of the holes 2a is made lower than that the holes 3a, and all of the holes 2a are allowed to communicate with the corresponding holes 3a nearly coaxially to laminate the 1st and 2nd plates 2 and 3 with each other.
