In particular, the present invention relates to a stable, single unit fixed dose pharmaceutical compositions of atorvastatin, ramipril, metoprolol succinate and aspirin its process of manufacturing and also use thereof in prophylaxis, prevention or treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
