The present invention consists in a method for ensiling swine manure for obtaining a product for animal feed. This method avoids the excessive use of water in cleaning pig farms, the wastewater containing a minimum amount of solids so as to be treated and used. This product represents an alternative source for feeding cattle and do not depending exclusively on natural grassland. The food supplements with high protein content are expensive and may be replaced by the product obtained at a low cost with this method. In addition, the invention provides a novel alternative for environmental problems, such as the water, soil and air pollution, and the desertification of cattle grazing land. The method consist in collecting swine manure before 24 hours of being generated and before starting the cleaning of the pens, transparent bags of polyethylene being used for the recollection in order to observe the appearance of the substrate and verify the fermentation process, then the bag being depos ited in a container and transported to the storing place where a dose of 5% to 10% of molasses is applied thereto.La presente invención consiste en un método de ensilaje de cerdaza para obtener un producto para la alimentación animal.
