PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured low-cost full-state sensor device that can stably detect a full state.SOLUTION: The full-state sensor device 1 of the present invention is attached to a chute 62 that has soil S fall down into a hopper 12 of a soil insertion apparatus 9. The full-state sensor device 1 comprises: an opening 2 formed in a lower end side of a slant 62a of the chute 62 a movable plate 3 disposed at the opening 2 a supporting arm 4 that reciprocably supports the movable plate 3 between an actuation detection position A1 located nearly flush against the slant 62a and a stop detection position A2 downwardly separated from the actuation detection position A1 energization means 5 for energizing the movable plate 3 such that the movable plate 3 remains at the actuation detection position A1 against the load caused by the soil S slipping down the slant 62a and full-state detection means 6 that detects a full state when the surface of the soil S in the hopper 12 reaches the lower end side of the chute 62, causing the soil S to be hardly discharged and to ride over the movable plate 3, and thus the movable plate 3 moves to the stop detection position A2 by the weight of the soil thereon.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 簡単な構成で低コストに実現可能にする。安定的に満杯を検知可能にする。【解決手段】 本発明の満杯センサー装置1は、土入れ装置9のホッパー12の中へ土Sを落下させるシュート62に設けられる。シュート62の斜面62aの下端側に形成された開口部2と、開口部2に配設される可動板3と、該可動板3を、斜面62aに対して略面一な作動検知位置A1、及び該作動検知位置よりも下方に下がった停止検知位置A2の間で往復移動可能に支持する支持アーム4と、斜面62aを土Sが滑り落ちるときの負荷に対抗して可動板3が作動検知位置A1側にあるように付勢する付勢手段5と、ホッパー12の中の土Sの表面がシュート62の下端側に到達することにより、該シュート62から吐出され難くなって可動板3に乗り上げた土Sの重量により、該可動板3が停止検知位置A2に移動すると、満杯であると検知する満杯検知手段6とを備えている。【選択図】 図4
