A compound represented by general formula (I), and a pharmaceutical agent containing the same, are disclosed: wherein n represents the number of nitrogen atoms contained in the 6-membered fused aromatic ring, and is 0, 1 or 2; p represents the number of nitrogen atoms contained in the 6-membered aromatic ring, and is 0 or 1; X represents an oxygen atom, -SO 2 - or -N(R 9 )-; and R 1 to R 5 each represents a hydrogen atom or other substituents.
