PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ratchet from coming off by holding a medical tool such as a pair of forceps at desired opening degree while having versatility at low cost.SOLUTION: A ratchet clip 10 capable of attaching to or detaching from a ratchet 104 of a pair of forceps 100 includes: a proximal part 11 and a pair of tongue pieces 12, 12 extending from the proximal part 11 and holding an engagement state of the ratchet 104. The ratchet 104 is inserted between the tongue pieces 12, 12 of the ratchet clip 10.
