PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chronic or topical administration of steroid, specifically prevention and treatment of steroid cataracts.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising (A) a steroid agent and (B) a heat shock protein 90 inhibitor.
