It is intended to an easy-to-wear absorbent article. An absorbent article tobe worn by a user which comprises the main body of the absorbent article and an absorberhaving an absorbent material capable of absorbing a liquid and consisting ofthe longitudinal direction, the width direction and the thickness direction,wherein the above-described absorber is superimposed on the face in the user'sside of the above-described main body, one end in the longitudinal directionof the above-described absorber is bonded to the above-described main body ata first bonding area, and the other end in the longitudinal direction of the above-describedabsorber is bonded to the above-described main body at a second bonding area. In this absorbent article, the length of the above-described absorber betweenthe first bonding area and the second bonding area as described above is the sameor longer than the length of the above-described main body between the first bondingarea and the second bonding area as described above.
