CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains silver, zinc, alumina silicate, and a dispersing agent of chemical formula 1(OH(C_2H_4O)_aCR^1R^2CCCR^3R^4(C_2H_40)_bOH). In chemical formula 1, R^1 to R^4 are CH_3 or C_2H_5； a is an integer which is 1 or greater and 50 or less； and b is an integer which is 1 or greater and 50 or less. The cosmetic composition further contains a Wasabia koreana NAKAI extract.
