The invention relates to an implant that is especially designed to be attached to both sides of the jaw or maxilla, where it, in turn, secures a full dental prosthesis. The implant according to the invention consists of a type of long capsule, with an inner iron core (2) and a titanium surround (3), having a separation at an approximately intermediate point along the length thereof wherein a ring is provided for the passage of the corresponding screw for fixing the implant assembly to the crest of the jaw or maxilla. The lower face of the constituent capsule of the implant, that is attached to the crest of the jaw or maxilla, is flat and has a mesh (6) in addition to six fine spikes (7) for the previous immobilisation of the implant on the crest of the jaw or maxilla.
