The present invention concerns a method for preparing a dry plant biomass extract, in particular from parts of vines, that are rich in polyphenols, the extract obtained and the use of same for antifungal applications, in particular for the prevention and treatment of fungal infections on fruits and vegetables after harvesting, but also for applications linked to the antibacterial and antioxidant properties of same.
