PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for use in dentistry comprising sodium bicarbonate and water, and a device to which the composition is applied.SOLUTION: A composition comprises 10-15% in weight of sodium bicarbonate and water at 100% in weight. A device can apply a pressure of between 8 and 10 bar to the composition for a period of between 5 and 10 seconds. The device may be in the form of a spray can.
