A device (10) for measuring properties of an eye (18), the device (10) comprising: a surgical microscope (12), a wavefront sensor (14) for performing refractive measurements of the eye (18), the device being wavefront sensor (14) attached to the surgical microscope (12) to form an integrated surgical device (10), including the wavefront sensor (14), a light source (40) to create an infrared beam of light , a combiner mirror (46) at least one optical diffraction element (56, 58), and a sensor (60) for capturing images of the eye; the combiner mirror (46) defining a common opening for the sensor and the surgical microscope; wherein the combiner mirror (46) is positioned, in an optical path of the wavefront sensor (14) and the surgical microscope (12); the combiner mirror (46) being adapted - to receive the beam of infrared light from the light source (40) of the sensor and to reflect the beam of infrared light to the eye; - receive visible and infrared light reflected from the eye (18); and - transmitting the visible light to the surgical microscope (12), and - reflecting the infrared light to the optical diffraction elements (56, 58) and to the sensor (60), characterized in that the integrated surgical device (10) is not integrated with a surgical tool used to perform corrective eye procedures.Un dispositivo (10) para medir propiedades de un ojo (18), comprendiendo el dispositivo (10): un microscopio quirúrgico (12), un sensor (14) de frente de onda para realizar mediciones refractivas del ojo (18), estando el sensor (14) de frente de onda unido al microscopio quirúrgico (12) para formar un dispositivo quirúrgico (10) integrado, incluyendo el sensor (14) de frente de onda, una fuente de luz (40) para crear un haz de luz infrarroja, un espejo combinador (46) al menos un elemento óptico de difracción (56, 58), y un sensor (60) para capturar imágenes del ojo; definiendo el espejo combinador (46) una abertura común para el sensor y el microscopio quirúrgico; en donde el
